Founded on 24 May 1951, Osh State Medical University is currently one of the finest destinations for MBBS aspirants in and around Kyrgyzstan. At present more than 3500 students are pursuing their medical education in Osh State Medical University. Out of this more than 600 students are from the adjoining countries of Kyrgyzstan such as Pakistan, Nepal, India, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Iran, Palestine and Syria. Instructions are given in two languages – English and Russian. Foreign students are studying at International Medical faculty in English and students from Kyrgyzstan study at Medical faculty Osh State Medical University.
